Pellet Burner KIPI 5-16 kW
The KIPI burner is designed to burn industrial and agricultural pellets (e.g., rapeseed straw or sunflower husk pellets). The burner features an innovative automatic cleaning mechanism - a rotating combustion and air supply chamber, which allows the burner to clean itself from ash and slag. The burner requires no cleaning or other maintenance. Tailored solutions ensure uninterrupted operation of the pellet burner and extend its service life.
Heating with pellets has never been so simple: fully automated operation and functioning without additional cleaning helps save time and ensures a high level of comfort.
The system that uses a rotating combustion and air supply chamber eliminates all problems related to the accumulation of ash and slag and the clogging of the combustion and air chambers. The rotating combustion chamber creates a spiral flame effect. This spiral flame blows out the ash and slag formed in the burner chamber without losing the burner's power and combustion efficiency. It avoids the problem of clogging in combustion chambers found in other burners on the market. Thus, the burner always operates efficiently.
The KIPI burner can be installed on any heating boiler that has a designated ash accumulation section and is suitable for both households and industrial enterprises. The burner can be used in hot air heaters, central heating boilers, and steam boilers.
