Water drainage is not a simple matter – there are many factors that can cause wastewater to not leave the home smoothly and even return. This is especially a risk for homeowners with basements. Basements are below the ground surface, so backflow valves are essential in the sewage systems of such homes. The purpose of the backflow valve is to allow wastewater to flow in only one direction, and when dirty water "wants" to return, a special membrane prevents the backflow of liquids. Therefore, homes are protected from flooding. The modern backflow valve for sewage (backflow valve for wastewater) is a modern solution for private homes. Today, the backflow valve for water is made not only to be extremely durable but also airtight, so you can be at ease.
