TECEflex - universal piping system DN 14-63 mm:

The universal piping system "TECEflex" is designed for the installation of water supply, heating, and compressed air systems.

TECEflex - a time-tested connection

TECEflex - the piping connection technology - is an axial pressing system. Millions of completed connections leave no doubt about the system's reliability and durability. Multi-layer (PE-Xc/AL/PE) and PE-Xc pipes are connected using simple pipe expansion and ring tightening tools. And this has not changed for 25 years.

TECEflex - incorrect connection control. Impossible to overlook.

If the connection is made incorrectly, a leak will appear immediately after the system is filled. In other systems, due to poorly made connections, leaks may not appear right away:

1. Clearly visible incomplete connection. The ring is not tightened all the way.

2. A leak appears immediately after filling the system.

3. Correctly made connection. No leak, the ring is fully tightened on the fitting and THIS IS CLEARLY VISIBLE.

Bronze - for future engineering systems...

From December 1, 2013, only bronze fittings can be used in water supply systems installed in Germany and the Netherlands. It is only a matter of time before this will also be the case with us. The new material fully meets the tightened requirements for engineering systems. It complies with the currently valid standards:

Gas supply systems DVGW TRGI 2008
Heating systems
Compressed air systems

PPSU - plastic fittings for heating and water supply

As an alternative to brass fittings, cheaper fittings made of PPSU can also be used. PPSU is a plastic that is particularly resistant to mechanical impact and shocks. DVGW recommended "TECEflex" PPSU fittings are resistant to corrosion, shocks, pressure, temperature effects, and are also durable. Impeccable hygiene properties guarantee excellent use of these fittings. PPSU fittings are applied in heating and water supply systems.

Standard brass

An inexpensive metal alternative to bronze - fittings made from standard brass. Fittings can be used without restrictions in heating and compressed air systems, with certain restrictions in drinking water systems. They can also be used for gas installations.
