Water is often contaminated mechanically, meaning that sand, clay, and rust come along with it. This type of water contamination is visible - the water is not clear, which is why mechanical water filters are used for primary water purification.
When purifying water mechanically, filters with replaceable cartridges or automatic filters filled with sand of various fractions are installed, which collect mechanical impurities. These filters remove rust, dirt, sand, and other solid particles. Mechanically filtered water is clearer and cleaner, which extends the lifespan of plumbing equipment and household appliances that use water.
Self-cleaning FF06 MiniPlus filters ensure a constant supply of drinking water. Sediments accumulate at the bottom of the filter and can be easily removed by simply flushing the filter. This filter series features a very compact design, allowing them to be installed in areas with limited access.
