STAINLESS STEEL HEAT EXCHANGER
The employees of “Italtherm” designed a stainless steel heat exchanger with an extremely high water flow capacity: the internal part of the heat exchanger was increased by 4 times compared to other competitors.
Thanks to the new heat exchanger, “City Class” has better heat transfer and provides better protection against heat exchanger scaling, making “City Class” condensing boilers ideal for replacing boilers in old systems.
The design of the new heat exchanger ensures:
- high flow
- low hydraulic load losses
- easy cleaning and technical maintenance of the boiler.
ICS - AUTOMATIC COMBUSTION SYSTEM
The engineers of “Italtherm” developed the “ICS – automatic combustion system”, which turns the “City Class” boiler into a smart boiler that automatically controls, adjusts, and adapts.
“ICS – automatic combustion system” controls combustion parameters and regulates gas flow so that the boiler always receives the correct air-to-gas ratio, thus achieving:
- lower gas consumption
- lower CO / CO2 emissions
- faster boiler adjustment
BRASS HYDRAULIC GROUP
“Italtherm” aims to ensure the highest reliability and durability of its products, which is why it uses brass in the hydraulic group.
The new brass hydraulic group is equipped with:

Italtherm City Class 25K with ICS - automatic combustion system, which turns the boiler into a smart one. The integrated gas adaptation function allows Italtherm City Class boilers to operate with all types of gas (no need to change nozzles). The Italtherm City Class 25K boiler can connect and control separate heating system zones, and it is also possible to connect outdoor and room thermostats. A 5-year warranty is provided for the heat exchanger and a 2-year warranty for the electronic part.
