HIGH GYPSUM QUALITY
- ERGOVENT gypsum casing is sturdy and homogeneous. The fastening elements are cast into the casing, nothing is drilled and nothing is glued to it. During the casting process, even the smallest air bubbles are removed, and the gypsum surface is smooth and white as snow.
SUITABLE FOR ALL CONNECTION METHODS
- The diffuser can be connected: 1) directly to a metal duct, 2) via a flexible duct (sheet metal duct system), 3) through a connection box (plastic duct system). The package includes clear and detailed installation instructions. The diffuser can be chosen with standard 100 mm, 125 mm, or 160 mm connections.
SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT FIXING
- The diffuser is fixed with self-tapping screws directly to the gypsum board. The fastening elements are adjustable and can be instantly adapted to 1 or 2 layers of gypsum (if necessary, to any non-standard thickness).
CAN BE INSTALLED INTO FINISHED CEILINGS
- The only recessed diffuser that can be easily installed even when the gypsum ceiling is already in place, and connection is needed through a rigid duct.
EXCELLENT AERODYNAMICS
- During the design process, scientists from KTU were consulted, using computer modeling of the diffuser's operation. Various geometric modifications were tested to achieve the best aerodynamic properties. One of them, a special "belly" on the inner side of the cover, effectively reduced air vortices inside the diffuser. The resistance to airflow and noise level has also been significantly reduced.
EXTREMELY LOW NOISE LEVEL
- Gypsum not only has anti-static properties (dust does not stick to it) but also acoustic properties. Some of the sound reflecting off the gypsum surface is absorbed. Aerodynamic improvements made in the ERGOVENT diffuser further reduced resistance to airflow. As a result, it can confidently be stated that this diffuser operates quieter than any metal diffuser. Simply put, the operation of the diffuser will hardly stand out from the quiet environment of a room (of course, if there is no additional noise from the duct system itself).
RELIABLE COVER FIXING
- The central cover is heavy, and not all manufacturers have managed to solve its fastening properly. In the ERGOVENT diffuser, this cover is held by magnetic holders, not by screw heads that stick to magnets. The magnets make full contact with the magnetized stainless steel part in the cover and hold it very reliably. Since there are no magnets in the cover, there is no magnetic field that attracts dust.
NO DIRT ON THE CEILINGS
- Conventional surface-mounted diffusers direct airflow towards the ceiling. Therefore, dirt accumulations can often be seen around them on the ceiling. The airflow of the recessed diffuser is directed straight down and never touches the ceiling. The ceilings around the diffuser will always be clean. Dirt can only be inside the diffuser, where there is an invisible zone. Maintenance work can be performed by opening the cover. Tip: Change the recuperator filters on time, and there will be almost no dirt.
EXTREMELY SAFE PACKAGING
- We can confidently state that the ERGOVENT diffuser has the safest packaging on the market. During safety tests, the packaging protects the product from damage, even when dropped 12 times in all possible directions from a height of 80 cm.
