HYGIENIC: NOT MIXED WITH TAP WATER
BLANCO filter systems offer 3 options: hot, cold, and filtered cold water. The integrated BLANCO beverage filter in the lower cabinet gives you the choice. All three are done with one faucet. Filtered and unfiltered water flows separately through different pipes. Tap water is perfect for cleaning and washing. With another lever, you can dispense some filtered water for a hot cup of tea. Filtered water is perfect for drinking and cooking. Separate pipes mean that both water qualities will not mix.
PROTECTS YOU AND YOUR KITCHEN ITEMS FROM CONTAMINANTS IN THE WATER
BLANCO Drink Filter Soft, integrated into the main cabinet, provides purified water. Filtered water goes through a multi-stage process to ensure optimal quality drinking water. The primary filter captures larger particles, such as grains of sand or rust fragments. The activated carbon filter reduces the amount of oxidants in the water and also ensures a long lifespan for the filter system. The high-performance ion exchanger ensures a good mineral balance, reduces limescale deposits, and softens the water. The finest particles and suspended sediments are removed from the water by the fine particle filter, while the activated carbon wool reduces the amount of heavy metals and organic substances, such as chlorine or lead. Odors are also removed during the process. The filtration process noticeably improves the taste of the water.

- Replacing the BLANCO Drink Filter Soft is simple: just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one.
Does the filter faucet filter all the water flowing through it, i.e., the "regular" cold and hot water?
No, only the dispensed filtered water is supplied through a separate rotary switch. The "regular" mixed water (hot and cold) does not pass through the BLANCO filter.
What are the filter system hoses made of?
The hoses are made of PEX. This material is approved for drinking water and is also used in the beverage industry.
