ACO Eco Mobil Grease Separator, 3700.01.00
The Eco Mobil grease separator, made of polyethylene (LLD - PE), is designed for use in mobile outdoor kitchens (e.g., kebab shops, fast food trucks, etc.), rural tourism farms, markets, and portable dishwashing machines. The separator is intended to be installed in frost-protected areas or outdoors during the warm season.

Operating Principle
The wastewater entering the separator first enters the separation zone. In this zone, fats are separated from the wastewater using the physical law of gravity. Due to the different densities of materials, heavy particles settle at the bottom of the separator, while lighter ones (animal fats, oils) rise to the surface, where they are retained by walls.
Operation
The surface fats accumulated in the separator must be scraped off daily and placed in a special sealed container. Special biological agents containing enzymes that break down fat structures can also be used for cleaning. The separator must be cleaned at least once a week, completely emptied and rinsed with water.
