Skolan Safe is a fully equipped low-noise internal wastewater system, manufactured in Germany from Astolan — a plastic material replacing cast iron. The highest quality pipes with outer diameters of 58, 78, 160, and 200 mm and all necessary connecting and shaped parts are produced. Compared to cast iron systems, the Skolan Safe system is installed faster because it uses socket-type connecting parts.
Skolan Safe products are resistant to hot water and meet DIN 1986 requirements — they can withstand temperatures of 20°C for short periods and 90°C for long periods. These products can be used for wastewater with a pH range of 2 to 12.
Simple, fast, and economical installation
Compared to cast iron systems, Skolan Safe products are lightweight, making them easy to lift and carry. Pipe sections are joined with practically tested socket joints, and pipes are easy to cut, allowing for quick and easy installation. Time is saved and costs are reduced.
Durable noise insulation material
Skolan Safe products are very strong, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to deposit build-up. They offer optimal conditions for long-term use.
No issues with hot and greasy water
Skolan Safe products are highly resistant to hot and greasy water (e.g., from food preparation establishments).
Applications
Suitable for individual houses, multi-storey buildings, office buildings, hospitals, hotels. Can be installed as separate wastewater drainage lines, stacks, rainwater stacks, collectors, and ventilation pipes.
Material
"Skolan" is mineral-reinforced polypropylene, resistant to hot water. Due to its high density and special molecular structure, Astolan absorbs both airborne and structural noise.
