Multilayer pipe TECEflex 20 x 2.8 mm (roll), 732020
The multilayer TECEflex pipe is made from a base PE-Xc pipe, which is covered with a laser-welded aluminum sheath (the latter is further coated with a white protective PE-RT layer). The aluminum sheath serves as a diffusion oxygen barrier while also reducing the linear expansion of the pipe, which is characteristic of all polyethylene pipes. The universal PE-Xc/AL/PE pipe has all the best properties of both metal and polyethylene pipes - low linear expansion, flexibility, resistance to high temperature and pressure loads, and corrosion. The white color allows this pipe to be installed in open, visible areas. The patented TECEflex pipe connection method uses pull rings without any rubber sealing gaskets, preserving minimal cross-sectional narrowing at the connection point. The same fittings are used for TECEflex multilayer pipes as for TECEflex heating and water supply pipes.

TECEflex - time-tested connection
TECEflex - the pipe connection technology is an axial pressing system. Millions of connections made leave no doubt about the system's reliability and durability. Multilayer (PE-Xc/AL/PE) and PE-Xc pipes are connected using simple pipe expansion and ring tightening tools. And this has not changed for 25 years.
TECEflex - incorrect connection control. Impossible to overlook.
If the connection is made incorrectly, a leak will appear immediately after the system is filled. In other systems, due to poorly made connections, leaks may not appear immediately:
1. Clearly visible incomplete connection. The ring is not tightened all the way.
2. A leak appears immediately after filling the system.
3. Correctly made connection. No leak, the ring is fully tightened on the fitting and THIS IS CLEARLY NOTICED.
Brass - for future engineering systems...
From December 1, 2013, only brass fittings can be used in water supply systems installed in Germany and the Netherlands. It is only a matter of time before this will also be the case with us. The new material fully meets the tightened requirements for engineering systems. It complies with the currently valid standards:
- Water supply systems DIN 1988 / DIN EN 806
- Gas supply systems DVGW TRGI 2008
- Heating systems
- Cut to customer needs
- Compressed air systems
- Purpose: for water supply, heating, as well as in underfloor heating installations, main risers, and floor channel installation works.
- Packaging (roll): 16 mm - 100 m, 20 mm - 100 m, 25 mm - 50 m, 32 mm - 25 m, smaller quantities can also be purchased
- For bending pipes, it is recommended to have pipe bending springs or other bending tools
PPSU - plastic fittings for heating and water supply
As an alternative to brass fittings, cheaper fittings made from PPSU can also be used. PPSU is a plastic that is particularly resistant to mechanical impact and shocks. The "TECEflex" PPSU fittings recommended by DVGW are resistant to corrosion, impacts, pressure, temperature effects, and are also durable. Impeccable hygiene properties guarantee excellent use of these fittings. PPSU fittings are applied in heating and water supply systems.
Standard brass
An inexpensive metal alternative to brass - fittings made from standard brass. Fittings can be used without restrictions in heating and compressed air systems, with certain restrictions in drinking water systems. They can also be used for gas installations.
