Solid fuel gasification boiler ATMOS 14-20 kW, DC18S
ATMOS boilers are designed for heating individual houses or other facilities. The boiler is intended for wood burning only. Any dry wood can be used: logs, briquettes. The spacious combustion chamber does not require wood splitting or special preparation. Time and physical effort are saved. When using large-sized wood, the combustion time is extended, but the maximum power is reduced. The ATMOS boiler consists of two chambers stacked one on top of the other. Fuel is burned in the upper chamber, while the combustion of gases released from the wood occurs in the lower chamber. The intensity of the combustion process and the amount of air in the combustion chamber are controlled by an exhaust fan and a draft regulator. This way, the combustion time of a single fuel charge is extended. Wood and sawdust briquettes are used as fuel. Sawdust or finely chopped wood chips can be used in small quantities together with logs, up to a maximum of 10% of the loading volume. All ATMOS solid fuel gasification boilers are equipped with a cooling system. ATMOS gasification boilers have a semi-circular gas generation chamber with preheated primary and secondary air supply. High-temperature ceramic catalysts are used in these boilers to achieve more efficient secondary combustion. Boilers operating on this principle save fuel and maintain an eco-friendly working process. Due to well-regulated air intake and circulation in the boiler chamber, combustion features a hot, stable flame.
