Universal Application
Suitable for the installation of plumbing, heating, solar collector, and sprinkler systems, in compressed air, steam, and ventilation systems, in oil lubrication systems, and in the production of boilers and pressure vessels.
Construction
Robust model made of metal for heavy loads, suitable for work on construction sites. The REMS Push is a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated steel container with a capacity of 12 liters. Non-deforming lever with an ergonomic handle for operation, which can also be locked for transport. Low-wear brass piston with a diameter of 30 mm. High-pressure hose with a 1/2" connection. Distribution plate with a sturdy protective strip for the manometer. Accurate graduated manometer for pressure changes p< 1.6 MPa/16 bar/232 psi, with a sensitivity of 0.01 MPa/0.1 bar/1.45 psi for detecting leaks according to DIN 1988, supplied as an accessory.
Operating Method
Pressure and tightness testing with water and other liquids. Double valve system for reliable pressure generation, with stainless steel balls. High suction performance using a long piston stroke, precise pressure setting using a short piston stroke. High-pressure hose with a fabric lining prevents incorrect measurement results.
