USV-I DN32 manual balancing valve
This is a combined presetting and shut-off valve designed for installation in return or supply piping.
The flow limitation function allows setting the required maximum flow in the riser.
USV-I / MSV-I* – this is a combined presetting and shut-off valve designed for installation in return or supply piping. The flow limitation function allows setting the required maximum flow in the riser. For flow measurement, the MSV-I is supplied with two measuring nozzles (needle type).
* The USV-I / MSV-I valve can be balanced with the help of PFM4000 or another balancing device.
The MSV-I valve, together with the MSV-M, is used in heating and cooling systems. They are recommended for use in constant flow systems.
MSV-I has a double axis that ensures maximum flow limitation and also shuts off flow through the pipe.
MSV-M is a shut-off valve designed to close the flow through the pipe. It is supplied with a drain tap.
MSV-I and MSV-M are compact valves, with individual operating elements and connections arranged in a 90-degree arc, making them very convenient to access despite the small dimensions of the valve during installation or operation.
The valve can be installed in both supply and return piping.
When the temperature ranges from 80 °C to 120 °C, insulation covers are offered as accessories.
MSV-I and MSV-M are manufactured with internal or external threads. If external thread is chosen, a threaded or welded nozzle can be ordered as an accessory.
One nozzle set consists of two nozzles, two nuts, and two sealing washers.
