Automatic air vent FLAMCO Flexvent H 1/2”, without check valve, angled
The compact, tested design features high efficiency and guaranteed heating and air conditioning performance.
The water in the device contains air, which can cause corrosion and reduce heat transfer. Flexvent is installed in places where air accumulates.
Using a float, air is collected into the Flexvent, causing the float to drop and the air release valve to open. Then, the water pressure pushes the air out, the float rises, and the valve closes.
The air cushion located at the top of each Flexvent protects the valve seat from contamination.
Flexvent H has a ½ inch 90° elbow connection, meaning it can be installed directly onto one of the radiator inlets.
Other advantages:
- With a protective cap, including expansion sealing rings to prevent leakage.
- Large distance between water and closing mechanism, reducing the likelihood of contamination.
- Due to its very small dimensions, Flexvent float ventilation is easy to adapt to any device.
- Relatively large air cushion located at the top of each type of Flexvent float ventilation outlet sufficiently protects the valve seat from contamination, ensuring that Flexvent does not leak.
- To guarantee the highest quality, we test all Flexvents before they leave our facility!
