Ethylene glycol - antifreeze liquid G11 Geotherm-K
Concentrated G11 Geotherm-K cooling liquid for ventilation/heating systems – a liquid (concentrate) based on ethylene glycol using inhibitors from BASF (Germany). The cooling liquid contains no nitrates, phosphates or amines, which can cause jelly-like deposits that interfere with the operation of heating and cooling devices. Only distilled or demineralised water may be used for dilution. Mixing ratios are indicated in the table below.
Inhibitor – a substance that slows down or stops a chemical reaction.
Freezing point at 1:1 dilution ratio: -37.5 °C
In heating systems, a 1:2 dilution ratio is recommended (1 l of concentrate and 2 l of water). This ratio is optimal as circulation pumps can more easily move the liquid through the system, preventing excess pressure and reducing the risk of pump damage. It is recommended to use well or borehole water for dilution. City supply water is not recommended due to the presence of chemicals that can cause limescale build-up in the system. At a 1:2 dilution ratio, the freezing point is approx. -16.1 to -18 °C (volume fraction: 30%). It is advised to premix the liquids thoroughly in a separate container before filling the system. Do not mix directly in the system.

Koncentrēts dzesēšanas šķidrums G11 Geotherm-K ventilācijas/apkures sistēmām – koncentrāts uz etilēnglikola bāzes ar BASF (Vācija) inhibitoriem*. Sastāvā nav nitrātu, fosfātu un amīnu, kas var veidot želejveida nogulsnes, kas traucē ierīču darbību. Atšķaidīšanai jāizmanto tikai destilēts vai atkaļķots ūdens. Atšķaidīšanas proporcijas skatīt zemāk esošajā tabulā.

Pilsētas ūdens nav vēlams tā ķīmiskā sastāva dēļ, kas var izraisīt katlakmens veidošanos. 1:2 attiecībā sasalšanas temperatūra ir apm. -16,1 līdz -18 °C (tilpuma daļa: 30%). Šķidrumus sajauc iepriekš atsevišķā traukā. Nemaisīt tieši sistēmā.
