How do Fernox corrosion and sludge inhibitors work?
- Forms a film on metal surfaces that protects ALUMINUM, STEEL, COPPER, BRASS, CAST IRON from corrosion.

How long do Fernox corrosion and sludge inhibitors remain effective?

Usage and dosage
It is recommended to use a 0.5% solution. 500 ml of "Protector F1" concentrate is sufficient for 100 liters of heating system water. The protective agent is poured through the radiator, collector, drain, or boiler outlet.
The inhibitor is filled only into a clean heating system. If you are planning to introduce the inhibitor into an operating system, first assess its cleanliness. If there is dirt or iron oxide sediment in the system water, it is recommended to thoroughly flush it with clean water or rinse it with one of Fernox's chemical cleaners and only then introduce the protective agent "Protector F1".
